Full services typically include site and zoning/regulatory research, initial site evaluation and definition of site constraints, conceptual site design, final site design and permitting, construction survey layout and observation/consulting, and final construction record plans and regulatory close-out at project’s end. Of course, any individual project may have all or only some of these services required.
